Mr. Nikhil Upreti is the founder of FromPahad, a brand rooted in the hills and built on authenticity. Born and raised in the pahadi region, Nikhil grew up with food that was natural, seasonal, and honest—long before “organic” became a marketing word. Witnessing how traditional hill produce and local farmers were being overlooked in a fast, factory-driven food system, he decided to create something meaningful. FromPahad was born with a clear purpose: to preserve pahadi traditions, support hill farmers, and bring pure, unaltered produce directly to modern households. Nikhil believes that food should have an origin you can trust and a story you can respect.
